Val is back with about 10 great years of experience posing around London for Artists, schools and colleges.
In this week newsletter I'll give you a few videos abou this week subject and why it is a great exercise...
Poses will be as normal from Moving gesture, very short, 1 mins x 5, lots of 5 mins poses, one or two 10 mins and 20 mins so that you can get ready for local in Person classes near you.
