What was the World like in 2010 and still is in a few places...

In 2010:
I used to pull my shopping Trolley and rucksacks around London UK, running up to 12 classes a week, for  about10 years, in Pubs, Clubs, restaurants, Offices, community halls and luckily my shoulders were strong enough/my passed army experienced helped, to move about 40kgs around until I split all my right foot tendons incl. Achilles tendon. After taking too much painkillers to be able to continue my chosen carrier and starting to have kidney problems I had to find a solution. From wooden boards, the heaviest load, I wondered if anything lighter could replace them and came up with the idea of using framing material which was Foam boards, thick enough to take the drawing that I had to cut to size. This was the only way I could find to continue spreading/Saving this Art. Then what was left to do was to save weight on paper and everything else, knowing that all venues had to be left the way I'd find them. I had to make sure people would take their drawings back home rather than living their unwanted paper automatically. I came up with the great idea to have Artists and students to do Drawing appreciation at the end of the class and this was extremely well received, as everyone could see each other's drawings, what they felt, went through and produced. I soon used this idea with office groups, hen dos with great success as both the creative and practical sides were fulfilled. All this to explain that we all Love being the witness of what other artists go through in a class and admire the results as this helps our own development...
What usually became a Problem for any regular Artists to any figure in person classes was then the amount of drawings they had to store at home without ever doing anything with them. They would be too many to even find early or later ones to try to see any possible improvements or times/reasons for betterness. This is has completely changed forever in 2021 with another small idea/little common sense keeping technology on our side. I believe to use technology to better our 2D drawing but never replace it with 3D...

In 2021:
All the drawings we now create can be photographed and uploaded in seconds here, for all other members to see, so everyone, anywhere can save their work and access it  there forever.  This can also helps some sort out their drawings before permanently storing them. To make things even better for those serious about their Passion, £5/week life Drawing members can have their own folder created where they can upload drawings they'd rather not show others, that are  more significant to them and their progression. This is done automatically and the link to it given when they become members, with up to 10 drawings weekly limit. Life Drawing members can also upload one of their drawings to a guidance folder for an in depth help, once a month, so that progression really happens.
Artists at Online Art classes don't mind using less expensive  recycled paper which can only be good for our Planet and once photographed could go back to be recycled again.
Soon in the Furure:
Since 2003 I do not look at what other classes do, simply because it was then run by people trying to keep things as prehistorical as possible and made into an unavoidable curriculum so that they could fill their benches for as long as possible with as little innovation as possible. Innovating would require too much work and risks for anyone trying to show they are established. They obviously hated what we did and for the very few who survived by taking advantage of the situation, they are still trying to get rid of us, 18 years later :). In 2003, there was absolutely no point in trying to find out what others did and by keeping the innovation up we simply became influencers before youtube even existed. Our ideas were given away for others to develop, improve and so a vibrant industry was born and now ready to bubble again after Corvid.

In 2031:
This is our plan, please don't tell our competitors or those who say they are.
We will use any and all kind of technologies to help people start learning from scratch on How to Draw or Paint.  In 2031, everything will become VR, AR, Hollographic, it will be possible to use any mobile device to draw pretty well, quickly and in an eco friendly way, models will be teleported in thousands of locations everywhere in the World, models will become holographic projections, until we become good enough in 3D and confident enough to go the proper way which is 2D on Paper or similar...
Negative film, nearly went but had their revival and will keep on  going for hopefully an other 40 years (this was another Love and carrier of mine). The same is going to happen with Drawing the Human figure until the last tree will be cut for construction and remnants used to make paper.  By then paper will be made from something else even better like a plant, so we can continue Drawing in 2D, going towards the third millenium and into Space where other figures will be found, for us to draw, paint in 2D :). They may want to learn on how to draw too! :).
